Energy Infratech Pvt Ltd (EIPL) was incorporated in 2004 for providing engineering and design services for power projects in India EIPL since evolved from being a company in the pure engineering consultancy space to becoming an end-to-end solutions provider of engineering, design and project management services. To effectively deliver services according to its business model, the Company deploys mission – appropriate organizational structure and key business processes.
Each of the divisions is organized into a self-sufficient execution unit, with capabilities in engineering as well as construction management. The organization of each division follows a matrix structure i.e. a team leader for each project assignment, who heads a multi-disciplinary team. Apart from the project team members, there are positions of experts who are available as pool resources for all projects.
EIPL has capability to deliver services in niche areas as well. Notably, a team of professionals equipped to handle the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) aspects of power projects is deployed as part of the hydro division. This team is also available as a pool resource for the thermal division.
