The management team will work with companies in emerging markets to selectively undertake corporate finance advisory and capital raising mandates. Further, through its partners and affiliates across the globe the firm will provide project management and execution services on infrastructure projects to its clients.
The firm will also provide investors with financial restructuring capabilities including asset and portfolio divestures. This would include the entire gamut from developing and managing work out strategies to identifying and sourcing potential exit partners.
